The Best Omotenashi -Kagaya Ryokan- Experiece

For some reason, I got a chance to stay at Kagaya Ryokan. This ryokan has been chosen as the best ryokan past 35 years.

What is so special about it?

It's Omotenashi, which means  "A Heart of hospitality".

Yeah, this hotel is quite expensive for me when I think about the places I usually stay at. So, I don't deny I can really compare.

However, I tell you it was a good experience to visit there.

The staffs were kind and took good care of us.
The dinner/breakfast were good.
The show was fun.
The facility was great.
The small tour of the art objects was fun.

If you ever visit that area, I highly recommend you to stay at the hotel as long as your budget allows you to :)

Camping

It was an amazing camp. Nice nature, nice weather, nice music and great people...and shouldn't forget, "Great dish".

We made sausages.

We smoked cheese.

It was quite international as well.

A chicken cooked in dutch oven (Can you believe it? Two people brought the oven).

Salmon grilled on the pan, etc.

One of the tables was filled with many kinds of drinks, beer, wine, vodka, soft drink...

We stayed up late, chat, eat, drink, eat, drink, eat...lol

After 0am, I was so tired so I went off to bed. However, I know most of them were up later and a few people even didn't sleep whole the night.

I can't describe how much I loved the atmosphere spending time like that. I definitely want to organize such an event that everyone can feel the same way as me.

So, why don't you join us next time? :D

What Kind Of Party Do You Want To Have In Here?

When I was invited to a party and came to this space, something came up on my mind; I definitely want to organize a salsa party.

It must be so great dancing there seeing the city lights in Tokyo and have nice drinks.

Well, the problem is, I have to move sofas there and make a space for dancing and I don't know if it's possible.

I also want to play werewolf game there...maybe this will be not so difficult?

How about you? Any good ideas? If you have any good ideas, please let me know and we can make it become reality ;)

I Organized A Japanese Sake And Food Party Today!

Today, I organized a Japanese sake and food party. More than 20 people attended and I was really glad about it. I didn't expect that many people would attend when I firstly thought about making a plan. Moreover, some people are so helpful. They brought their special sake. They brought their special food. They helped cooking. They helped cleaning. It was so much fun and everyone told me they enjoyed so much and want me to invite them for the next party!

YES! I definitely want to do this again!!!

There are some things that I want to do during my life and I started realizing that I don't have enough time for those important things unless I change my current life style. And, I decided to struggle toward my ideal life. So, let's see what will happen in the future...
